1.Driving License Required
All customers must have a European driving license valid and held at least one (1) year or International driving license issued from a local one valid and held at least one (1) year.
2.Visiting Greek Islands
In order to visit the Greek Islands, some ferryboats will be requesting a written permission from our agency, for that, all customers are kindly requested to advise the islands they are planning to visit in order to get the appropriate permission.
3.What is C.D.W. Full Insurance
C.D.W. (Collission Damage Waiver) is an additional coverage that covers the rented car for all kind of accident committed by the renter (his fault) and with a maximum deductible as agreed. (The deductible is usually 300.00 Euros per accident for small cars and can reach 1000.00 Euros for luxury cars). This means that if the customer has an accident and it is his fault, the maximum amount he will have to pay for that accident is the deductible.
(E.g.: An accident with damages of 100.00 Euros, the customer will have to pay the amount of 100.00 Euros.
An accident with damages of 2000.00 Euros, the customer will have to pay the amount of deductible: 300.00 Euros.....)
4.Receiving the rental car upon arrival at the Athens International Airport?
After collecting your baggage and exiting to Immigrations for passport control ( immigrations is not required for Intra-Schengen Countries).
You will be exiting from one of the two terminals Terminal A (Extra-Schengen) or Terminal B (Intra-Schengen) into the Arrival Hall, where a representative of ACR will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. The car will be right parked outside and for the paper work, it will not take us more than 5 minutes to fill in the documentation (It would be advised, to have ready the driving license and passport or ID of the drivers). Than after, you are free to start your journey in Greece! |
